doubling pharm and patho?

Hey there quick question to throw out there, anyone ever double up on Pharm and patho? Just wondering if so how it went and what advice would be thanks!

I did pharm and patho together. It was tough but i passed! ..:) You have to keep it organized by working ahead and if your instructor allows it, turn in papers and assignments way ahead of time. If you work full time, it's a time to plan your schedule with your school calendar so that you can do your 3 days together and face your books the next couple of days. Can also take time off or switch with someone at work on the week of exams or at least a day or two before exams. If you can help it, go PRN and return after the semester. FMLA (like a lady that did both classes with me). Anything that works. Another guy did both classes and was working full time. Although i won't suggest that, but he also passed.Everybody is different you know…Just because someone did it does not mean it can work for you…personally, i don't have the nerve to work all the way and do these two courses together. There has to be some changes and discussions with my Manager..lol... One thing that also helped was clinical pharmacology made ridiculously simple and pathophysiology made ridiculously simple. The patho book was more helpful than the pharm, i would say because i used the patho book more than the pharm to understand the disease process.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Thanks ICURN, I'm don't personally plan on taking them together, I would have to get a waiver to do that but I was curious about other people who had done it and what their experience was. I appreciate the input.
