Ohio University College of Health Sciences and Professions

Ohio University has a long tradition of graduating exceptional nurses starting with the first graduating class 45 years ago. The program is continually evolving to the highest quality education to meet the healthcare demands of the 21st century.

In 1975, Ohio University launched an RN to BSN completion program through distance learning technologies. This was a uniquely innovative practice back in 1975, but its inception provided a way for registered nurses to further their education and careers. Presently, all nursing courses for the RN-BSN program can be completed online.

    My Experience

Classes were all online without the need to go to campus for an orientation. There was an orientation to the online program, but I had used it in my community college so opted not to take it. They e-mail you about campus events and goings-on, which I liked because it made me feel like a valued member of community.

    About The Staff

Quickest responses from RN-BSN programs during the admissions process. Biggest reason I chose this school. The professors were all wonderful in the online programs and very accessible.
