I need some help please. I am currently working on an assignment for my research class. We had to pick a focus area from HP2010. My group chose Heart Disease in Women. We must provide an article to be critiqued that relates to this area. My problem is this. The article has to be research performed by a nurse, and peer reviewed. I have been searching for something for about 3 wks and all I keep coming up with is AHA, or research done by physicians. I have found alot of sites that list publications that nurses have had published, but I can not find the actual articles. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can find nursing research?

Any info would be greatly appreciated as my eyes have developed that "computer glaze" at this point.
