West Chester University Accelerated Program-Questions for Current/Former Students

Hello,

I am writing to see if there are any current or former nursing students who got accepted and are attending/attended the accelerated nursing program at West Chester University? I have some questions that I would appreciate answers to. Im highly interested in the program.

1. What was your science composite GPA ? (Mine is currently a 3.2 per science composite GPA and 3.9 GPA per BA degree in Psychology, and I am currently taking AP2 and Micro, Chemistry in the Summer.)

2. What was your TEAS score and how did you best prepare for it? WCU has a standard of 70 and no lower for Teas Score, however, I heard from other students that this standard may be lowered due to majority of nursing students not reaching this score?

3. What was the interview like, what kind of questions were asked?

4. Did they really give you a clinical problem to solve as part of the interviewing process and what was it like?

5. How do you like the program? Any advice for future nursing students?

If I can get people to answer these questions it would greatly help me out!!!!!! Thanks a bunch!
