so, I have to take the math class's (Mat055) before I take the chemistry (CHM110)

and I also have to take RHT 096 before I take RHT101... So my question is can I sing sign up for only those classes needed?? Like start from the top and work my way down the list... Please help!!!! This is my first time going to college and have no one around who have this knowledge..

Good day, Evadeandrea:

First, https://allnurses.com/pre-nursing-student/how-get-any-846733.html is an excellent read; and I've found it to be helpful for every class I've taken to date.

Your advisor should be your first source of help as to what classes to take in what order. Chemistry is math heavy; so passing your mat055 class will probably help. You might be able to do something as follows:

Semester 1

Algebra

Biology

Intro to psychology

Intro to sociology

Semester 2

Chemistry

Effective Speaking

Human growth and development

English

Semester 3

AP 1

Humanities

Semester 4

AP 2

Microbiology

Again, see your advisor.

Thank you.

Well your lucky because your community college has a lot less requirements than mine. I just started at my college however i already have my schedule planned out, hopefully it will help you.

First semester

-developmental writing 2

-college and career success

-freshman composition 1

Second semester

-intermediate algebra

-intro to humanities

-basic anatomy and physiology

-general psychology

Third semester

-college algebra

-anatomy and physiology 1

-human growth and development

-human nutrition

Fourth semester

-elementary statistics

-microbiology

-intro to sociology

-freshman composition 2

Fifth semester

-anatomy and physiology 2

-abnormal psycology

Thanks for the link , it was a great read.. But yesterday I talked to a counselor and she was trying to get me to take a higher math because I score high on the placement test, but I can't substitute that class for the lower class that is required.. So I decide to take the lower math class that is needed for pre-reqs.. And she also tried to get me to sign up for success in college course which is also not a pre-req... So I just decided to take MAT055,BIS101, and RHT096 for the fall semester... But Thank you so much for your post. It truly helped me out☺️

Wooow. Tiffany, that is a lot of classes... But best of luck to you
