    I applied to fall entry 2013 BSN/MSN program for FNP and I was never interviewed so I asked them on the online chat and they told me to call the admissions office to schedule an interview. So I called them and got scheduled to phone interview next week. But, isn't it too late to interview??? Coz decisions are supposed to be out March 1st right? Also, for people who have been interviewed, what should I expect on the phone interview? Thank you!

    It is not too late to interview!!! They have plenty of interviews scheduled over the next few weeks. They have been working non stop to get everyone processed before March 1. For the interview you can expect them to ask you why nursing, why FNP etc. Do not stress all the admissions counselors are awesome, although I may be bias because I work there as a work study student

    AlmondB, they asked you for updated transcripts? I haven't been contacted... That makes me kind of nervous! Did you have pre reqs in progress?

    Hey cnp! Thank you for all your insight! Do you know if they are calling accepted students on March 1st? Or if they are mailing the letters before or after March 1st?

    Is that for summer entry? I'm for the fall and when I called I thought they said they were going to send letters "towards" the beginning of March... Hope you're right though!

    Yes, I sent transcripts before my final grades were submitted from Fall semester. If you're concerned, it probably wouldn't hurt to call and ask if your application is complete and up to date.

    No problem...I remember being in your shoes this time last year. Accepted students are notified via phone call and follow up letter. From what I know/have heard there will be a high number of phone calls on March 1st with letters going out shortly after that.

    The interview is important but it is just one piece of the puzzle. I can't tell you how to answer....just be yourself and be honest. If you have made it this far in the process you will know in your gut how to answer. The interviewers aren't out to get you or anything so don't be nervous.
