I am having the hardest time getting the hospitals in my area to approve my research survey comparing two training programs effects on job satisfaction. It's only 8 questions. Completely confidential and takes less than 5 minutes.

Is this an interesting topic to any other nurses? I am desperate to find another group of Registered Nurses to answer this survey so I can complete my research and get my MSN.

Any ideas are welcome!!

Its not an opinion survey asking whether they are satisfied with their job. I have seven questions that are typically associated with job satisfaction. "How satisfied are you that your opinions or ideas are valued by your co-workers". or "How satisfied are you with the skills you've learned from your training program". All these questions are rated from 1-7 on a Likert scale to be correlated with each completed survey and then coded to define the overall level of satisfaction.

It is more complicated than just an opinion survey. I've already written 22 pages on the subject using peer reviewed papers by researchers from Canada, Great Britain, Australia and the US. I am using some of the same techniques and survey matter that they used. I was just trying to get an opinion on where I can get participants. Thank you so much for all your support. I love the cynical nature of the more experienced nurses that have posted on this.

Maybe I wasn't specific enough, but the way you've approached my post is heart breaking.

Oh and by the way? I can't afford another $4000 semester. So... I figured it out with the help of a co-worker and friend.
