How long does it take to complete Tier 3 of Drexels online RN/BSN program?

I'm interested in Drexels online RN to BSN. It's split up into 3 Tiers and it appears that all the classes in the first two Tiers are able to be taken and transferred in via Clep/DSST/CC courses so I plan to have most of those finished before even starting the program.

My question is Tier 3, the nursing courses, how long does it take to complete them. There are 10 classes and a Senior Capstone (45.0 quarter credits)

Also, how was your experience? Pros? Cons? Anything you would do differently? There's not much on this site for this program I guess because it's pricey and maybe possibly longer to complete.

Thank you,

Im starting this program in Jan and if you were to consider taking 2 classes a quarter that would give you a 16 month timeline

CONGRATS! & Thank you. Do you have most of the gen eds done? I'm interested in completing it in a year. I hope it will take much less time having these classes done by CLEP/Dsst/Aleks/ECE Except for Sciences:

Tier 1:

English Comp 6.0

Analyzing & Int Lit 6.0 (3.0 Needed)

Anatomy and Physiology 8.0

Microbiology 4.0

Sociology 3.0

Growth and Development 3.0

Psychology 3.0

Tier 2:

Intro to Computing 3.0

Principles of Macroeconomics 3.0

Social Science 6.0 (3.0 Needed)

Intro Algebra 3.0

College Algebra 3.0

Statistics

Ethics 3.0

Pathophysiology 4.0

So I will have all of Tier 1&2 completed.

if you don't mind me asking, how are you paying for the program? Loan? Scholarships?

Thank you for taking the time out to reply.

Just a heads up, is a PITA when it comes to accepting credits from previous classes you've taken. I'd actually call them and ask about what they'll take first, just so that you're aware of how much you'll actually be able to transfer.

Hi thank you. They say right in the curriculum that 135 credits can be transferred in.

and I do plan on getting approval before starting I'm a a little while ago I haven't confirmed anything yet. I'm mainly wanting to know how long the Tier 3 can take and how short it can take.

Im paying for the program via pell grants, work tuition reimbursement, scholarships ( hopefully), and out of pocket. has a good reputation and despite its cost, i think its worth it.

Yes I totally agree that's why I am going to do my best to afford it when the time comes. The hospital I want to eventually work at near me is affiliated with them also which is a plus. I'm assuming the one you work at is too. Really fortunate to have tuition reimbursement! I wish you the best!
