Hello OR Nurses!

I'm currently in the application process for an OR residency. In addition to my original application and cover letter, HR has asked me for a letter of intent. I was hoping some of you might be able to offer some constructive criticism on my first draft. This is would be a DrEaM opportunity and I don't want to mess it up!
