I'm applying for the summer 2017 second degree BSN..I cannot wait. I am super excited :)

Hello! I will be applying for the Summer 2017 Regular Prelicensure BSN program at UNF. Just took my TEAS exam on Halloween and was pretty pleased with my scores. Just need to finish up this semester & I will be able to submit my supplemental application immediately after. Super excited!

Oh wow! You have a month to get everything to UNF! What is your stats looking like? I'm excited for you!

Nice we have 2 people applying for the Summer semester! What study materials did you use for the TEAS? What were your scores? Excited for you girly!! Post when you apply!

Hi everyone! I'm a current neuroscience/public health student at UF, with a 3.4/3.7 overall/prereq GPA (UF is hard lol). I have some clinical experience working in the Orthopedic department as well as the NICU/PCICU at UFHealth in Gainesville. I'm taking the TEAS on the 21st (lol i know i'm cutting it close) but have been studying for the past month and have tested extremely well in past standardized exams. UNF is definitely my top choice!

I used the ATI study manual for the TEAS and a few different apps that I found on the App store. The online practice tests that come with the ATI manual were so helpful. Honestly, I found them a bit more difficult than the TEAS itself. I got a 350 on the TEAS, and right now my prerequisite GPA is a 4.0 (but the 12-week microbiology class that I am currently taking will be over next week and I'm teetering on very low A... so we'll see if that 4.0 remains haha). As soon as FSCJ posts grades for the semester I'm going to apply. Just waiting for that December 9th grade deadline!

I made hoping to apply for fall 2017, taking my TEAS in 4 days and finishing my pre reqs this semester (I have 3 left, í ½í¸¬)...good luck everyone!

I currently have about a 3.7 GPA (still waiting on my last grade of the semester), and I got a 375.6 on the TEAS. I studied so hard for over a month! I purchased the workbook and practice tests from the ATI website and watched a whole lot of YouTube videos. It was a difficult test, but if you put time and energy into studying you can do great : ). Really hoping to get into the summer 2017 second degree BSN, but I would love traditional track too (any track would be great!).

Wow, congratulations on that TEAS score! That's super impressive!

Thank you! :) Your score is awesome too! I put a ton of effort into studying and was practicing every spare minute I had. I definitely suggest the ATI test prep kit, and feel like this was the best way to prepare. I would study the manual and then elaborate on concepts via you tube videos. To everyone prepping for the test...you can do it!

Hello! I'm applying for the Summer 2017 nursing at UNF. My overall GPA is a 3.8 and my prerequisite GPA is a 4.0. I just took the TEAS and got a 342. I'm debating on if I should retake it before the deadline. I was hoping for a higher score. I mainly used the pocket prep app and the ATI website to study.
