Columbus, Ohio starting salaries for various Nursing positions

Hi everyone! I'm looking to go back to school and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I would start at (salary/wage wise) at each position so I can see if what I have planned is going to work out for my family. My plan is:

1. go back to school and get certified as an STNA and work as that while working towards:

2. becoming an LPN. Work as an LPN while working towards:

3. becoming an RN.

If I did my research correct, STNA makes on average $12-13/hr, LPN makes on average $19-20/hr and RN makes on average $31/hr in Columbus, OH. The think is that those are average wages and not starting wages. I was wondering what I could expect to start at, and if I gained experience at each prior level would I start higher at the next level (like if I worked as an STNA would my starting LPN salary start higher than if I did not?).

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go for LPN, what I'm not sure of is if I will go for RN. If I went to become an RN then I would want my fiance to be able to be a stay at home dad (we talked about this) so I would have to make around $60k a year to make up both of our incomes. Would this be practical my first couple years as an RN if I worked my way up the way I stated?

I think Ohio health starts RN's at 21 and some change. But they have a shift diff. if you work nights. I started at a nursing home making 24 dollars an hour. LPNs start at 17 or 18, STNAs vary by place. Marion general is Ohio health and they have RN jobs listed at 20 dollars an hour. So, I really just think it depends. Right now the RN market in columbus if flooded.

OSU starts RNs at $23.50 or so and PCAs at $11.98.
