The interview is for those of you who are in my field of interest, L&D or Post Partum Nursing. This is for my Ivy Tech "Student Success in Health Care" course and I have a few questions that I hope you will answer, they are:

• Name and title of person being interviewed

• How long has he/she worked in the field?
  
• How long at this company?
  
• His/Her steps to getting this position (Previous experience)
  
• Education/training/skills necessary for this position (Be specific)
  
• Description of a typical day (Be specific)
  
• What are work ethics, behaviors, and competencies every manager expects from an employee in this position?
  
• What is the best and worst part of this job?
  
• What kind of work schedule does this field require? (Overtime, flextime, part-time, travel, on call, etc.)
  
• What are the advancement opportunities from this position?

You should call a hospital and see if you can interview nurses. You really don't know if the person answering here is a real RN or a big hairy wanna be nurse sitting at a computer lol. Plus many people don't want to say where they work.
