This is my first care plan and i am stuck!

I need help doing a NANDA for Disturbed Body Image....

Pt had a colostomy done and I think this would be a good nursing diagnosis....can anyone help me with this????

Daytonite, I hope to someday be as wonderful of a critical thinker as you, and be able to apply all of these things. I'm still in the early stages of nursing school, havent even been assigned an actual care plan yet but I know its coming soon and I'm sure reading your replies on others will help me a lot!
