Mobb Scrubs true to size ?

Hello all, I am a student nurse who is 5" 11 and I am interested in buying the Mobb scrub pants, and I was wondering if they are true to size ? The size chart does not show what measurement for the hips and I am b/w a xs, s, and m with the measurements they do give. My hips are 39" and my waist is 29" and my inseam is 34 - 36" but preferably a 36" because of shrinkage. I usually wear a medium pant or size 10. Also, suggestions would be great if you know any good online sites with tall scrubs that ship to Canada AND can do express shipping or at least faster shipping.:yeah: Any help would be greatly appreciated! :redbeathe
