how do you give Epanutine (phynitoin)

Hello! I wanted to ask about Epanutine (phynitoin) .if pt on 100mg *3 how do you give it? Here I learned to give it diluted in 10 ml N/S .while in other hospitals they give 100mg diluted in 100ml N/s.i know its vesicant and causes so much pain to the pt but not if you assured the line
