Dantrolene IV

Had to give IV Dantrolene this weekend for skeletal muscle relaxation and to decrease pt's CK.

What's the best way to give it in a PIV? IV Push or over 60 minutes? What's the best way to dilute it since it's incompatible with anything but sterile water? (According to the lexi-comp I read).
