Conflicting advice

  1. 0 I was told that you do not have to store the vancomycin Q-balls and cefemine in the fridge by one nurse and then told that I do have to store them but to remove one hour before administering by another nurse. Also, if the Q-balls are at room temp for one day and then refrigerated the next will this harm the medication and/or the ball? I would like some input on this topic...thanks in advance for any advice/opinions
