Then one of the nurses there told me that MMC has a lot of funds so it wouldn't hurt them if some applicants won't make it to the final cut. But wouldn't it hurt the business itself spending that much on an applicant that they wouldn't eventually hire?
    True, we were told that the PE isn't an assurance of a position. But come to think of it, Php12,000 multiplied by let's say there are 100 applicants who were asked to do the PE. That's a Php 1,200,000 out of their pockets right away. Just a simple rule of business which when you come to think of it, actually makes sense.

    Really? How come mine cost 12k? And a friend of mine said his was 7k? Inconsistent, but still. It's a huge amount of money to invest on an applicant which they wouldn't hire. True but chances of someone not finishing the contract is very little especially with the nursing profession. Landing a job is already a privilege, I don' think anyone in the right mind would let go of that unless of course due to more valid reasons.

    They have stopped the hiring process for the mean time and will resume after 2 weeks.

    me too I was not contacted :| even just for the test. I have 81+ board rating naman, a good gwa from a good school , and I already have a training for 3 mos. but still no text :/. so frustrating

    Aww hopefully that is the case as i am getting impatient already..hahahaha..thnks phlnurse! And one last thing..are they going to call or text the qualified aplicants? Thnks! More power

    iHaha gawd were like on the same boat..their screening process is way too long..im getting really impatient..haha..im like always checking my phone evry minute to see if they already txted me..haha..well patience is a must..still hoping for the best=) gudluck
