New grad bloopers

I wanted to start this thread for all the new and experienced nurses out there to share thier funniest moments on the job. I will start. I am a fairly new nurse and was charting in the nurses station when an aide started screaming for a nurse to come outside stat. I wasnt paying much attention as i was charting and the receptionist in the business office paged for all nurses to come out to the parking lot stat. Upon hearing the overhead page i realized "oh snap they're talking about me! IM a nurse!" i quickly run for the door and almost get knocked over by a six foot two hundred pound nurse on the way ( i am five three and one thirty pounds) turns out one of our residents had slid out of his wheelchair but was unhurt. Anyone else want to share their funniest moments as a new grad on the job?
