    okay I give up I have tried allegra,cleaned my carpets,put new filters up,but I am averaging 2 hours of sleep a night because I cant breath.My eyes are red and swollen looking like droopy dog and I am walking around with a box of kleenex all day.Please any advice I'll appreciate,my doctor says allergy season is at it's worse and to keep taking my medication but I'm turning into a real b---- (excuse me but its probley the best term I can use)

    Go back to your doctor, ask for an inhaler, like Rhinocort or Nasonex. If this does not work go to a specialist. You should not have to suffer and lose sleep.
