Float Pool tshirt ideas

I am part of the float pool at children's hospital. We've had shirts in the past (a life preserver saying "we keep your unit afloat" and so on) but I think it would be fun to come up with something new.

Anyone have ideas for something new. I keep thinking of clouds or balloons or something but can't come up with a cute saying. Obviously it has to be child friendly and what not since we're working with kiddos. And also we are comprised of both nurses and PCA's so it can't be nurse specific.

Suggestions?
