I just got word that for my case of diversion (over a year ago, lasted 3 months). I'm given 2 years of probation and that I need a "program monitor" to enter a "probation plan" with. So I need my boss to monitor me for 2 years but that's it?! What stipulations can be made in this probation plan? No word about PEER assistance or anything else.... and information on what to expect I would appreciate! I'm in Colorado. ThAnk you

I don't know about Colorado but it seems the stipulations are pretty similar across all states. No night shift, no home health, no supervisory positions. Random drug screens which you get to pay for out of pocket. AA or NA meetings required.

The monitoring programs are a huge pain but you can get through it.
