I need help, support, advice.......comments will be greatly appreciated. I am currently working on a six month sobriety notebook for the Board of nursing (NC). Is there anyone reading this also in the midst of trying to get their license reinstated. It just gets so overwhelming I feel like giving up!

Is this sobriety notebook a condition of the Board? Do you have written documentation of the Board decision that included your (I'm assuming you were suspended and are now attempting to get Reinstated) original Order?

When I got Reinstated in another state, I had to fulfill every condition stated in that original Order that suspended my license.
