I would like to find a method in which I can track what I bill using Medicare reimbursement rates as my guide for estimating what's collected.
You would think my practice would do this for me but they don't. I'm only informed of the final figures without any details.
For those of you that are in a productivity based bonus structure, how are you informed of your generated revenue?
Is it a line item spread sheet?
There's been several times I feel the numbers just don't match up to what I'm doing. I hate to think I'm being cheated.
