PMHNPs IN MICHIGAN?

I am strongly considering getting my PMHNP. I live in Michigan and I have been a peds nurse for 4 years. I will soon be picking up some hours at a look psych hospital so that I can get some experience! I was wondering if there are any MICHIGAN PMHNPs out there that can give me some perspective on pursuing this career in the state of MI. What are the pro's and con's. What is a typical day like for you? Do you work regular hours? What is the salary like for PMHNPs in MI?
