Here's the scoop...I'm in a management course for my BSN and am supposed to ask some managers the following questions, but two out of four people I would have posed them to are out of town until next week (which is the deadline of my assignment). So I'm asking you, the internet nursing masses. If you could take a few minutes to respond to each with 1 or 2 sentences, you'll win my undying gratitude and respect. I'll also need to know obviously what level management position you hold, and the size and type of institution where you work. Thank you very much!

Cheers,

Josh

5) what and how do you contribute to strategic planning?

each unit/ deparment is required to complete one action plan that is specific to our unit and how we can contribute to the hospital strtegic plan. we do not create the stratigic plan for our hospital. we do complete yearly process improvement goals that are specific to our own unit.
