    New Nurse here.......I was wondering how long of an orientation new nurses had in the Operating Room? Mine was 8 wks.....I find it annoying because the Nurse Educator we have is not readily available. I feel there were things I missed out on and I have to go to some of the other nurses and ask about filling out certain paper work out. I feel overwhelmed at times. I then get answers like I learned this on my own and am made to feel stupid. Just annoyed.
