TMCC Acceptance Letters for Spring 2010

I called the nursing department at TMCC this morning. I was told that letters will be mailed out today and that we should receive notification by Tuesday, January 5th! :yeah:

I don't know if a lot of us TMCC applicants are on this website, but if you are out there PLEASE post your acceptance.

Thanks! I'm running around like a crazy person trying to get everything together as we only had a little more than one weeks notice before orientation starts on Thursday.:bugeyes:

But I don't mind...I guess its all part of the 'hoops' we have to jump through as students!

What should I expect during my first semester? Any words of wisdom? :)

Yeah, we only had about 1.5 weeks also.. would be nice if they gave everyone more notice, especially for uniforms.

The only advice I really have for you is to study HARD and effectively, stay ahead of the game as much as you possibly can, it is very easy to get behind, and you'll be fine. Find a study group ASAP, as this is what saved me! I never used study groups before nursing school and it has been a life saver if you study with the right people...Make sure you have compatable study habits :)

It's hard and overwhelming at first, but once you're organized and have a routine down, you'll be fine.
