Well, another year means another time for more score updates. I am getting ready to take my HESI in a couple weeks to apply for the 2012 Nursing Program and I must say I am really beginning to get nervous! Thanks to their recent addition of HHSC-1040 (right before I was apply ) I am just curious how everyone did, and what was it like this year? I have no clue what to expect and I have been searching forever. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am really not worried about the Math or Grammar sections. I'm more worried about the Vocabulary, Reading, and A&P section that they added. Any advice would be great. I already have the Evolve HESI book that I have been reviewing from for the past couple of months. I'm still just really nervous.
I don't have a HESI score yet, but my GPA to apply for the program is: 3.925.
I hope they get out sooner then later, cause if you have to put down your deposit by the 27th and we are getting it on the 23 or later... Thats a big time crunch!
I live right across the street from macomb. I'm hoping to get the letter today. I wish they woulda just saved a stamp and let me pick it up lol. Does anyone know if the letter gives us our start date...that is...if we get in? I'm nervous because my Hesi is low. I'm right on the border of the scores for the last 5 that were accepted last year. I had a dream last night that I was accepted but I only knew because in the mail I received 5 big envelopes from the nursing program wiyh paperwork and such. Lol. Well Good luck to everyone :) I've been biding my time by reading the nursing ghost stories on here. Pretty interesting thread. Lol.
Tiffanyc978 - I don't think it gives the start date...just that you have to mail in your $100 deposit and attend a mandatory meeting in May. I believe at the meeting is when you get your start date. I'm kinda on the border like you so I'm very nervous too but I've just been staying positive and I have a good feeling this is my year!! Good luck!
