If a resident has a healed stage 1, do we still mark it as healed under "M0900" even though there is no option to check stage 1 below that section. Also, I know we don't measure our stage 1's and that is why I get confused when they are healed.

• if a resident had a pressure ulcer on the last assessment and it is now healed, complete
healed pressure ulcers item (m0900).
hence, code m0900a = yes
then m0900 b c d = 0
