ewwwww....ive been a nurse about 19yrs and ive worked in careplans now for about 2years and i still hate to do care plans ..lol

anyone one else work in careplans, if so do ya like it?..lol

carol202lpn,. I would appreciate any help you could provide. We have already implemented changing our unit from a number to "Sportscenter" and residents help set up their daytime routine. Since we are a rehab unit, we have to keep them involved in PT, OT, or KT to keep them there. Most all have pass priveledges to leave the grounds as long as they check in and let us know they leave. The careplanning is one of the biggest challenges I face with the staff. Thanks again for your help

Thanks Daytonitej. I have been a long term care nurse for 38 years......I appreciate your input, but as a long time care plan and MDS nurse, I want to help in any way that I can....remember, it is not about us, it is about the residents and if helping someone write a better care plan, I am going to do it.....sorry, that is just the type of person I am .

i am just saying to be careful of plagiarism and sharing anything that is proprietary (owned by your bosses) and that you may not have any right to share with anyone. sharing something owned by your bosses without their permission is stealing.
