help with tuition???

U.S.A. Massachusetts

Does anyone know what hospitals in Boston offer tuition reimbursement for RNs who would like to continue their education (i.e. BSN, MSN)?? I'm going to get my associates degree, but help with funding my BSN would be HUGE! I'm sure a lot of you can relate - please let me know if you have any info about hospitals (or other employers) in the Boston area who help RNs obtain advanced degrees.

Thanks!

I worked for partners health care, not as a nurse, but they only offered a max of $2000 per year for a full time employee. Partners includes MGH and the Brigham as well as a quite a few other hospitals in the Boston area. You should call other hospitals like Boston Medical Center or Beth Isreal to find out about their tution policies.

I work in a suburban hospital south of Boston that has partnered with a Boston College to offer an RN-BSN program; tuition is fully-funded for fulltime staff provided the nurse agree to specific terms of employment including remaining in the facility at least 3 years after completion of the BSN program.

If you wish more info please send a pm.
