Tote Bag/ Book Bag

I haven't been able to find anythign big enough to carry my books in to school, the regular bags just don't work. I have seen the Tote Bags that the ladies carry all the time, what do the guys carry their books to class, and stuff to clinical with?

Which backpack is it from REI... I love their stuff, just want to make sure I get one big enough.
