Mtsu lpn to bsn transfer student

Nursing Students LPN-RN

Hello, I need some advice/advisement.

I am currently an LPN in PA that recently got accepted to MSTU for Spring 2015. I went to Fortis Institute in Erie, PA for my LPN, but went to Edinboro University for one year before that. My classes I took at Edinboro are transferring, but not from Fortis which I expected. My problem now that I do not have an advisor assigned to me until late Nov./Early Dec. I have no idea what I should do at this point and no one will answer my questions at the school until I make an appt. However, I can not do that until I have an advisor lol.

This is my situation. I do not have any biology classes that transferred. I still need A&P 1, A&P 2, and Microbio. Also I need statistics. I will take these at MTSU with no problem. I unfortunately do not think I can sit for the HESI exams again until after I take these classes right? They have to be completed within 6 months of applying for the Upper Divison program? I can not get accepted into the Upper Divison program until I have those additional 4 classes and take the HESI from my understanding.

Please help! I am extremely nervous not just going back to school, but to move this far.

Thank you!
