Conflict between the LPN RN BScN

Could someone please shed some light on the apparent conflict between the various nursing groups? I'm really quite confused as I think that they are each unique and have different areas of expertise/experience to offer to the nursing profession. I've been following this issue over the past 10 years and it seems no closer to being resolved now than before.
