HESI exit pn HELP!

Took it twice and haven't passed yet ... I really don't know what i am doing wrong. After buying many books and doing questions i still don't know what I'm doing wrong. When i look at the questions as i take the exam i dont recall it being found anywhere in any of the books i've read... Please help!
