Providence Staffing Agency San Antonio

Has anyone ever worked for Providence Staffing Agency in San Antonio? I'm thinking of applying with them to start Hospice nursing. They are paying $18/hour for LVN hospice nursing. I don't know much about them and I've never heard of them before. I found them online on both careerbuilder.com and the texas workforce commission website.

Any info on working conditions, assignments, what it's like to work for them etc I'd really appreciate. I need to get to work and want to make an informed decision before I actually commit to an agency.
