Good day!

I want to work as a registered nurse outside the Philippines. I have my personal reasons for leaving the country. After my challenging times, I want to relocate and start a new life in the Middle East. I choose Middle East because of some personal and special reasons. Please help me with my question. I still don't have an experience working in the hospital, but I will be graduating soon with my Masters degree in nursing. What country in the Middle East that only requires one year working experience, or does not require a working experience? If you also have other countries (outside Middle East) as suggestions, please feel free to post here. I'm looking for a country that only require one year nursing work experience, or DO NOT require nursing work experience. I want to relocate soon. THANK YOU! Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I think every country i know of requires a clinical experience, by that i mean having been employed in a hospital for at least a year. UK, Aus, Canada requires this and an IELTS score of at least 7 in all modules. You also need to sit for CRNE (or NCLEX-RN which takes effect next year January 2015) if you plan to practice in Canada. You can check each country's registering body to know more of their criteria for internationally educated nurses.

As for Middle East, i believe that experience depends on the post/unit (hospital or clinic) you are vying for but most require 2-3 yrs experience now AND you also have to take Prometric exam or their equivalent licensure exam in order to join the registry.

Thank you so much for your time and reply krisangel!
