I have seen so many posts here regarding to Philippine nurse who wants to come to the USA to work and get green card. However, there are some students like me who spent crazy amount of money to study in the American college with a little bit of hope to be able to work here too. What is the market of nursing job for international student with BSN from US school is like? Do I need to speak Spanish in Phoenix?

A little bit about me

I dreamed to work in the medical field since I was young. However, the reality about me getting into the medical school is slim because the American medical schools around this nation only let only 1-5% international students to get in. Due to the fact that they want to make sure that international students could not provide the evidence of the document to guarantee that they can afford crazy amount of money for 10 years of education.

I studied BS. BIO-Physics 13 years ago from Northeastern University when nobody heard of the subject. However, my brain is now longer able to do crazy maths like when I was teenage. Therefore, I want to become a nurse (RN). My GPA is now 3.78 for my undergraduate degree (double degrees in Physics and math degree). I have two master degree with 3.85. However, several schools said that they won't take my master degree gpa because i am planing to attend BSN. My pre-req is 3.6. I still have to choose to either UA or ASU since I got accepted for their pre-nursing.

I worked for the marketing and advertising with MBA from UCLA. However, it was difficult to find a job in Los Angeles because they wanted me to be able to speak Spanish due to the large number of Spanish speakers in the area. Also, the marketing and advertising nowaday are dying because it is cheaper to get those wannabe actors/ musicians to put it on their youtube than planing a campaign with a room fulled of college degree staffs.

I have read so many stories in this forum but I am not sure if it is worth for me to pursue my childhood dream to be in a medical field.
