Looking for an infusion nurse!

The home care infusion nurse will work collaboratively with Home Infusion Group and Home Family Care in providing infusion services in patients' homes. We are servicing all five boroughs including Nassau County. The position requires both strong IV infusion and home care experience, clinical management and care coordination of patients receiving chemo therapy, IVIG, TPN, IV antibiotics, biologicals, hydration, and other infusion / specialty drugs, and laboratory draws for clinical trials. Must be able to work independently as well as have good organizational, oral and written communication skills in regards to home care documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Current NYS RN license / registration with one year infusion experience minimum; IV Certification including starting peripheral lines and care of midline, PICC, and mediports. AAS or Diploma but BSN is preferred. Bilingual Russian / Chinese / Spanish is a plus, and chemotherapy certification a plus. Current CPR certification.
