Good hospitals to work for in Chicago

I am currently an RN on a telemetry floor at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. For the most part I love my job but, financially the hospital is going through some issues. I'm thinking it's time to move on and look for a more stable place to work. In 2012 the hospital had 2 rounds of lay offs. Nurses, PCT's, administrators were included in this lay off. Until then I had never heard of a nurse getting layed off. Just wondering, where are the good places to work in Chicago? I'd like to move closer to the city.
