It has a lot of information about the role of case manager. - Mar 5 by KarenJordanI have been putting an "article of the week" in their boxes. Subjects have been fall risk assessment, mini-nutritional assessment, signs that your patient could benefit from therapy, documentation with examples, medication review and polypharmacy in the elderly, environmental assessments, and once even the definition of case management from the CMSA. They seem to be coming around!
