He was discharge from the hospital with Alldress. Thank you.
- 0Aug 26, '00 by Wound Care PattyDear Alcwiek. the best thing to do is hyperbaric oxygen treatment...but if that is not available near you ...then try the gel-pad dressings...here we have flexigel...a thin cool pad of hydrogel...if you refridgerate them then it will feel cool to the patients burn...we have a patient with a radiation burn on his foot. Since the burn you mention is a stage one then this should work quite well. the thicker the gelpad the better...
