I work in one of the "best" homes I have been in a long time...
My prob is.. Nurse X repeatedly tries to tell me every little thing she can not stand about the family and then goes on to say what SHE would do about certain things in the family realm..
I am not the type of person to get mad easily,but today I said," Well. you know what X? I thought we were here for the client, not to be judgemental about what happens in the family day by day life THAT YOU DON"T AGREE WITH. Just bcuz you have one set of "home" standards, that doesn't mean you should bring them here.
There is nothing in this home that is abusive or anything, do not read that into this post...It's just nurseX's attitude.
Sorry.. but now I feel LOTS better....THANX FOR "LISTENING"!!!
