Home Health pay rates in Central FL

Hello all,

I am a HH RN that will be moving to Central FLA, Leesburg/ Lady Lake area in the next year. I am looking for any information on pay rates for Home Health companies in that or surrounding area's. I currently have 3+ years nursing med-surg, board certified and currently work for HH as a case manager. The company I work for right now is hospital based and the pay rate is hourly $28.00 with $0.52 per mile. Do HH nurses prefer to work on a case pay basis or hourly in central FLA. Does anyone currently working in central FLA have any preference on HH companies? Any information would be appreciated as I am trying to determine if I should go back to the hospital environment.
