help with creating a 485 for home health

I am seeking help with creating a 485 for home health, need help advice today,,

Go to your patient's chart. Under the calendars there will be a tab for orders click on it. Click on the date of soc go down to where the drop boxes are and make sure it's on 485 and your name. Go to the bottom of the page and hit update (or whatever that little button says). t should now be in your hot box.

Go to your hotbox. Open the 485 click to refresh. You will get a pop up say yes to continue. Then sign and submit.
