the math has 55 questions and no calculator I recommend you do this part 1st. I failed it the 1st time by one question in the math, and I did that part last after they said do it first. The second time I did it 1st and passed it.

the best thing to do is remember the "formulas or rules"for the equations.. break it down into sections which the hesi a3 purple and white book is great at this! there are a lot of fractions decimal and conversions.

Examples of breaking into Section

ex1. Multiplying fraction: Multiply numerator and denominator straight across- reduce if needed.

ex.2 dividing fractions: take divisor reciprocal and multiply straight across. Reduce if needed

The book has it broken up in sections just remember the rules make flash cards. And when you go in for the test they'll give you scrap paper on that scrap paper make a cheat sheet. Hurry and jot down all the rules and conversions before you start while it is fresh in your mind that way when your taking the test when you start to forget things you can go back to your 1st page with the rules.

They'll have things like how many ounces is in a pound and so forth try to remember those make Sure it gets on your cheat sheet.

another type of conversion is liters, grams, and meters.

a way to remember is king henry dies (liter, grams, meters) drinking Chocolate milk.

Check out this website to help you understand what that is
