Any Military Midwives out there?

I am wondering if anyone is, or knows any direct accession nurse midwives on active duty. I am a couple years early in this process as I have just been accepted for admission to Frontier's CNM program, however my husband is an AD army PA and we have discussed the possibility of me going AD after I graduate CNM school. I am just wondering, since this is not a super high demand specialty, if this even happens or if most of the CNMs were already AD officers who were selected to go to CNM school. My husband talked to an AMEDD recruiter who said it was possible, but rarely done since it isn't very high demand and there are very few slots army-wide. What about other services? Any info?
