Air force reserves or active nursing?!?

ive always wanted to join the military and ive always wanted to be a nurse so i was like well i should be in military nursing! anyways, i was wondering what are the requirements to get into the air force reserves vs active. what are the benefits of each?? are the two basically the same other than the days you have to work? do you still get full retirement benefits for being in the reserves? and what is the best specialty to go into for the AF? also, since i would be joining after college and id be made an officer, do i get special benefits from it? what are the physical requirements and do i still have to go to boot camp?? hiw do i become a flight nurse?? sorry for all of the questions and thank you so much for your time!
