Wait list for Emory ABSN/MSN 2014

U.S.A. Georgia

Hello Everyone,

I know this question has been addressed before, but I wanted to try and get some more information. I recently was wait-listed for the 2014 ABSN/MSN program. Emory is my top choice school and I want to do everything in my power to be fully accepted into the program. I'm really hoping that someone out there can provide any insight or resources for my situation. If you were wait-listed or have a story of someone that was wait-listed and got accepted. I would love to hear from you. Also, I'm still not sure how the wait-list is organized, so any details would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I'm giving up my spot so there's at least one open :) Does anyone know how many people Emory wait lists?

Hi HCE 2014, do you mind me asking what led you to that decision? What was your emphasis? I'm not sure how many people they wait list. I didn't receive a response when I asked. Thanks for the heads up :)

FNP was my emphasis. My reasons for not going are strictly family related and having nothing to do with the quality of the program. I have talked to several alumni of the ABSN/MSN program and all of them have had amazing things to say about it. A friend of mine is also on the waitlist-- so I am curious how many they choose to put on it. Good luck!

Has anybody heard anything about the wait list?!

I haven't. It may take a while before they start contacting people since the deposits were due on the 1st of March.

Does anyone have any updates to offer?

No updates for me but I'm pretty sure I'm going to accept an offer from another school. It's just too close to the program's start date to still be in limbo...

Hey guys,

I was waitlisted for Emory ABSN/MSN as well. Can you guys share when your waitlist offer was considered and how long you had to wait until that happened? I want to make sure that I am not waiting for no reason.
